Smoked Salmon and Broccoli Pizza

20-25 mins  Serves 8



100g water
25g olive oil
½ tsp Salt
200g plain flour
½ sachet yeast

Pizza Topping

100g Philadelphia cream cheese
150g Wares Sweet Chilli Jam
150g smoked salmon
¼ red onion
½ camembert Cheese
1 small broccoli (blanched)
2 tsp Roaring 40s Tasmanian Cajun Salmon Rub

Preheat oven to 200 degrees (fan forced)

Dough: Place water, oil & salt in food processor. Process 1 min. Add flour & yeast, mix well
Cover pizza tray with baking paper, spread pizza dough evenly over tray.

Spread Philly cream cheese & sweet chilli jam over pizza base.
Top with shredded salmon, thinly sliced red onion, cheese & broccoli.
Sprinkle with Cajun Salmon Rub & chives.

Cook 20-25 mins
